Our aim is to provide a personal shopper for every family that visits one of our stores. All staff members are trained on each school’s requirements and can guide you through the process. They will be there to provide size recommendations and ensure you leave with a correctly fitted, comfortable uniform.

We understand that children can have sudden growth spurts, which tempts families to leave it until the last few weeks of August to visit. Our best advice would be to purchase as early as you can. In July the stores are a much calmer environment, allowing us to spend more time with each family and taking some of the stress out of buying uniform. If a sudden growth spurt does occur, don’t panic, there is not a strict time period on exchanges. As long as the items taken still have tags on, are unused and are a current item of uniform, we will be more than happy to exchange.

If visiting throughout August, the best times to visit are between 9am – 11am and 3:30pm – Close.

All online / in-store orders are dealt with by the store local to the relevant school. This means that your local store is best placed to answer any enquiries, rather than our Head Office. Please see below for the email address of your local store:
